Aciel Shehadeh

Aciel is a transactional real estate attorney specializing in commercial and residential acquisitions. She advises clients on acquisitions, development, and dispositions, and manages every stage of the closing process—from title review and due diligence through preparation of closing and loan documentation, including settlement statements. Her experience includes conventional and SBA-financed transactions, giving her a strong command of lender-specific requirements and SBA SOP guidelines. Aciel works closely with lenders, title companies, and third-party vendors to ensure all due diligence and documentation requirements are satisfied and closings proceed efficiently within their strict timelines. She earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar shortly after graduation.
Outside of the office, Aciel enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and supporting local coffee shops.
