Marissa Shulman

Marissa Shulman concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, establishing residential homeowner’s associations and condominiums as well as commercial property owners’ associations and condominiums, and title and survey review. She has experience in the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial businesses and real estate, including quick-service franchise restaurants, hotels, liquor stores, and dental/medical practices. Ms. Shulman also has experience in liquor license approvals, corporate formations, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Lawton Whiteman Law, Marissa operated her own law firm assisting clients with real estate and business transactions, estate planning, and probate administration. She has also worked in the real estate departments of firms located in Palm Beach County, Florida and New Jersey. In addition, Marissa completed an internship in the wealth management department at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Shulman currently resides in Lake Worth Beach, Florida and enjoys spending time in nature, photography, and musical theatre.
