Amber Widrick

Amber is a well-rounded real estate attorney who represents local and national homebuilders, developers, investors, and property across a broad spectrum of sophisticated real estate matters. She has significant experience in all aspects of both commercial and residential real estate transactions, including contract drafting and negotiation, complex title and survey analysis, financing, entitlement and development, leasing, and closings. Her current practice focuses on commercial land acquisitions and dispositions and large-scale residential developments. Having previously served as in-house counsel to a publicly traded national homebuilder, Amber has a keen understanding of the needs of her clients and takes a results-driven approach to ensure her clients receive legal strategies tailored to their unique goals.

Outside the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her local community of Delray Beach.
