Nicolas Scutari

Nicolas is a transactional real estate attorney who specializes in commercial real estate acquisitions. He represents and advises clients in a range of real estate matters, including the acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial properties. Nicolas has experience in structuring and negotiating real estate contracts, assisting in due diligence review and closings for complex transactions, and establishing residential homeowner’s associations. With a strong foundation of both academic and practical experience, he brings valuable insight and expertise to his clients. Nicolas Scutari earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the FIU Law Review and competed on the FIU Law Moot Court Team. In his free time, Nicolas enjoys traveling, and as a Palm Beach County native, Nicolas enjoys exploring and supporting new local businesses and restaurants.
