Jennifer Lawton Marquina

Jennifer is a transactional real estate attorney specializing in the representation of local, regional, and national clients in complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of property. Jennifer has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating various types of real estate contracts, assisting in the land development and permitting process, drafting and establishing residential homeowner’s associations and condominiums as well as commercial property owners’ associations and condominiums, engaging in complex title and survey review and resolutions, and closings. Prior to founding Lawton Whiteman Lutz, Jennifer served as Regional Transactional Counsel for the second largest homebuilder in the nation where she handled land acquisitions for multiple divisions on the East Coast. Prior to her in-house position, Jennifer was a Real Estate Partner at a national law firm.
